Having been around the real estate industry for more than 30 years, since high school, in fact, I have seen and experienced the joys and frustrations that come with buying, selling and leasing real estate. From finding your first rental apartment to buying your first home, transitioning to a larger property as the family grows, or downsizing when you've had it with grass-cutting and snow-shovelling -- we all need a place to live.
